Contacting Your Previous Provider
If you’re switching from another IT company, we speak to them directly to collect access details and documentation with no effort needed from your side.
1 Week
Adding Your Devices
We connect your computers and servers to our systems via a short visit or remote session, so we can begin supporting your team right away.
Documenting Your Network
We map and record your network setup (Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches, internet connection) to make future support faster and smoother.
2 Weeks
Securing Your Environment
We reset key passwords and secure admin access so your systems meet our Cyber Essentials–aligned security standards.
Starting Any Setup Projects
If you’ve chosen additional onboarding work (migrations, SharePoint, servers etc.), we begin these once the essentials are in place.
3 Weeks
User Training
We show your team how to log tickets, use the portal/app and contact support so everyone feels confident and supported from day one.
First-Month Check-In
Your Account Manager checks in to ensure everything’s running smoothly and to make any adjustments you need.
