The faces behind our success
Andrew Atthowe
Director
When not working, he can be found chasing around his three young children and loves getting out on his bike or going for a run to clear his head. He also helps with the coaching of our son’s football team.
Helen Atthowe
Director and Head of HR
Helen deals with all Human Resources issues and also oversees all of the business management, marketing and administration. When not working, Helen is a busy mum to our three young children and loves travelling, football, reading and spending time with her family.
Graham Bygrave
Service Desk Manager
Graham is a key figure in the local community and was named Radio Norwich’s Local Hero 2016 for his contribution to the area. He’s the founder of ‘Go Social’, which he set up in 2013. ‘Go Social’ is a well established social community serving Norwich, Norfolk and North Suffolk. He’s also a Trustee of Norwich charity Connects & Co, a support group for young carers living with the effects of terminal illness, disability and addiction.
Richard Stone
Senior Project & IT Technician
Richard has built a lifelong career in technology and spent 17 years in an IT role at a West Midlands manufacturing company.
He’s great at fixing computer problems and is always happy to answer customer enquiries, sharing the extensive experience he’s built over the years. Richard is an enthusiastic DIYer and loves building and fixing things around the home, a skill that’s come in handy following the birth of his child in November 2019.
Jack Knight
Service Desk Co-Ordinator
Jack has been working with computers in various ways for a few years now, but in the customer service industry for over a decade. When he’s not working you can find him getting in touch with his inner nerd, either gaming or painting. He also helps out at the family holiday let at the weekends
Alex Lewis
Senior IT Technician
An experienced and approachable IT Technician who loves to help every customer who calls in. When not supporting the S2 client base, Alex can be found gaining more knowledge in the IT sector, reading and walking his dog across Norfolk’s countryside.
Luna
Assistance Dog
Introducing Luna, Alex’s Assistance Dog. Luna is a 2 year old Cavapoo, she loves walks, playing with her toys (of which she has many), getting treats for being a very good girl and doing lots of tricks.
Many people rely on a highly trained assistance dog, enjoying the additional emotional benefits and greater independence that such dogs bring. Alex works with Pawsable, who help him with his training of Luna and provide assistance to do so. Pawsable and Dogs for Autism focus on helping autistic individuals of any age who will significantly benefit from such a partnership.
Phil Bloomfield
IT Technician
Phil has been working in the IT industry for 7 years now. He enjoys getting hands on with technology and loves learning new systems. Outside of work he enjoys going for walks, playing on his Xbox and doing cross stitch.
Dominic Davie
IT Technician
Dominic has been working in IT roles for nearly a decade. He brings with him a wealth of experience in customer service and a passion for learning all things technical. When not at work, he can be found exploring the great outdoors or tinkering with his home IT lab.
Nathan McGeary
IT Technician
Nathan comes to S2 with many years’ experience working in IT and Telecoms. He is Comptia A+ and N + certified, along with more phone systems than he would like to admit! He has a passion for customer support and always aims to do what is best for the client.
Jack Streeter
IT Technician
Jack has two years’ experience in the IT industry and is driven by a commitment to provide exceptional client satisfaction. When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him indulging in his passions for MMA, culinary adventures and spending quality time with friends – though he’s also been known to sneak in a quick nap!
Finley Madge
IT Technician
Finley has over 2 years’ experience in IT support. He prides himself on great customer service and doing everything he can to support customers. Outside of work, Finley’s hobbies revolve around cars, boats, or anything with an engine!
Kye Ives-Keeler
IT Technician
Kye has been working in IT for a year and is looking forward to growing his skill set and helping customers at S2. When not at work, he enjoys swimming and watching American Football and F1.
Madalin Ward
Technical Account Manager
Madalin has worked in the new homes industry for the past 6 years, putting her customers first and helping them find their forever home. She is looking forward to a new adventure here at S2 Computers as our friendly Technical Account Manager. When not at work, Madalin loves to spend time with her family, including a gorgeous nephew and nieces. She tries to make sure to go on a few holidays throughout the year to visit new places and eat lots of amazing food! But also believes that nothing can beat a night in watching a film with a hot chocolate.
Jess Crossley
Project Coordinator
Jess has previous experience in Telecoms and is looking forward to putting her skills to use at S2 Computers. In her spare time, she loves to meet people at church, see friends and family and watch Netflix.
Pippa Shaw
Admin Team Leader
Pippa is our Pink Spaghetti virtual admin hero, helping with accounts, HR admin and marketing. She keeps these areas running smoothly behind the scenes. We would be lost without her, she has been an amazing company resource.
