The faces behind our success
Andrew Atthowe
Director and Lead Engineer
When not working can be found chasing around his three young children and loves getting out on his bike or going for a run to clear his head.
Helen Atthowe
Director and Office Manager
The one behind the scenes keeping all the admin and accounts on track. When not working, Helen is a busy mum to our three young children and loves reading books (especially psychological thrillers).
Graham Bygrave
Service Desk Manager
Graham is a key figure in the local community and was named Radio Norwich’s Local Hero 2016 for his contribution to the area. He’s the founder of ‘Go Social’, which he set up in 2013. ‘Go Social’ is a well established social community serving Norwich, Norfolk and North Suffolk. He’s also a Trustee of Norwich charity Connects & Co, a support group for young carers living with the effects of terminal illness, disability and addiction.
Richard Stone
Senior IT Technician
Richard has built a lifelong career in technology and spent 17 years in an IT role at a West Midlands manufacturing company.
He’s great at fixing computer problems and is always happy to answer customer enquiries, sharing the extensive experience he’s built over the years. Richard is an enthusiastic DIYer and loves building and fixing things around the home, a skill that’s come in handy following the birth of his child in November 2019.
Ian Brown
Senior IT Technician
Ian has provided ICT support to a wide range of professional customers for 25+ years. Skilled in desktop and infrastructure support, he is customer focused and always eager to help. Gaining satisfaction assisting users who don’t get computers, he loves bringing understanding to those who feel defeated by the machine. In his spare time, Ian spends yet more time on computers; gaming and administering communication & game servers. Ian also enjoys cycling, climbing, badminton and RPGing.
James Mason
IT Technician
James is one of the youngest members of the team, coming fresh from college where he achieved a triple distinction star in an IT Level 3 BTEC to doing a level 3 apprenticeship with S2 Computers where is also achieved a distinction and is now a fully qualified IT Technician. When he’s not busy fixing IT issues and refining his IT skills, James can usually be found gardening, tinkering with his computer or gaming with his friends.

Assistance Dog
Jack has been working with computers in various ways for a few years now, but in the customer service industry for over a decade. When he’s not working you can find him getting in touch with his inner nerd, either gaming or painting. He also helps out at the family holiday let at the weekends
and is a massive F1 fan.
An experienced and approachable IT Technician who loves to help every customer who calls in. When not supporting the S2 client base, Alex can be found gaining more knowledge in the IT sector, reading and walking his dog across Norfolk’s countryside.
Introducing Luna, Alex’s Assistance Dog. Luna is a 2 year old Cavapoo, she loves walks, playing with her toys (of which she has many), getting treats for being a very good girl and doing lots of tricks.
Many people rely on a highly trained assistance dog, enjoying the additional emotional benefits and greater independence that such dogs bring. Alex works with Pawsable, who help him with his training of Luna and provide assistance to do so. Pawsable and Dogs for Autism focus on helping autistic individuals of any age who will significantly benefit from such a partnership.

Christian has been in the industry for four years now. He loves problem solving and fixing computers, and he really likes working with hardware and will take any chance he gets to work with something new. Outside of work Christian really enjoys cooking, working out and going to the cinema. He loves spending a weekend binge watching TV shows or going out cycling.
Phil has been working in the IT industry for 7 years now. He enjoys getting hands on with technology and loves learning new systems. Outside of work he enjoys going for walks, playing on his Xbox and doing cross stitch.
Sam has been working in IT for 6 years now, supporting many different systems and businesses. He is passionate about creating efficient and automated solutions wherever possible. Outside of work, Sam loves weightlifting, boxing and running. If he’s not being active, you can find him relaxing at home, watching TV and getting creative with his cooking!

Callum has always had a passion for working with computers and enjoys developing his skills so he can rise to new challenges. In his spare time you can find him watching sci-fi, gaming or lifting weights.
Nathan comes to S2 with many years’ experience working in IT and Telecoms. He is Comptia A+ and N + certified, along with more phone systems than he would like to admit! He has a passion for customer support and always aims to do what is best for the client.
When not working, you will find him out and about with his family. He also enjoys rugby, golf and gaming.
Michaela is our Business Development Executive. In her spare time, she enjoys heading to the park with her son and her dog Nala, who is a very fluffy Pomeranian. She likes heading to the beach, an adventure, the gym and socialising with friends and family. She is also a qualified beauty technician.

Kerry is our Office Administrator and keeps everything organised for us. In her spare time she enjoys walking her dog Riley, a bull mastiff who is a big softie. Kerry also likes DIY and beach holidays.
Pippa is our Pink Spaghetti virtual admin hero and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. We would be lost without her, she has been an amazing company resource.
